Attorney Services: Attorney’s provision of professional legal advisory services vis-à-vis a review of the specific factual history of Client’s present United States Legal Permanent Residence (LPR) / Greencard beneficiary status and Attorney’s subsequent provision of guidance and assistance for the Client’s as to the options available for maintaining present legal status, filing for a legal waiver of residency requirements (if and as may be available) and/or potentially filing for a renunciation of status in the course of preparing for a more timely subsequent filing.
